We deliver essential items to vulnerable and isolated groups that fall through the cracks in large-scale charity responses: vulnerable women with frequent address changes, refugees and migrants with specialised delivery sensitivities, immunocompromised people on the verge of qualifying for official help, etc. Each care package costs £5 to assemble and deliver and lasts for a week.
